Shipping Details

At this time, the Intellivision online store only ships to the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. For countries not stated in this policy, please contact our customer service department (https://intellivision.com/contact) for available shipping options.

When making your purchase, please provide us with your first and last name, full address, email, and phone number to ensure your purchase is delivered to the correct address. We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Shipment Tracking and Cost

Intellivision will charge your selected payment method at the time you place your order, and will notify you when your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your product to ship. Shipping rates and time may vary based on destination. During the holidays or due to situations out of our control, delivery times may be longer than expected. Some shipping providers will not deliver on weekends and/or holidays.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the following two business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email only when your order ships. Packages will be shipped using a variety of shipping providers. Please track your shipments using the tracking number attached to the email.

Returns/Refunds

For inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and/or requests for refund for any of the “Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles”, please contact customer support (https://intellivision.com/contact). By purchasing the “Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles” you agree to this E-commerce Policy, the “Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundle” Disclaimer below, Intellivision’s Terms of Use, and Intellivision’s Privacy Policy.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before your product ships. Contact customer support (https://intellivision.com/contact) with the subject line being “Cancel Order: (your order number)”. In the body of your message, please explain why you would like to cancel your order. We will respond to you promptly.

Damaged Products

“Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles” may be exchanged for the same product on the condition they arrive at your destination damaged. To request a replacement, please contact customer support (https://intellivision.com/contact) with the following information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Response Email Address

  • Phone number

  • Order Number

  • Short paragraph on why your product is damaged

  • Photo of the damaged product

Once we have received your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps. We appreciate your patience.

Inaccurate Charges

If you believe you were charged inaccurately or you see a charge that does not reflect what you purchased, please contact customer support (https://intellivision.com/contact) to request more information.

Website Errors

Product prices and availability may change without notice. If a product price is shown incorrectly due to a typographical or pricing information issue, regardless of whether the purchase has been confirmed or your form of payment has been charged, Intellivision shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for goods listed at the incorrect price. If your form of payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Intellivision will immediately refund the amount charged to your payment method.

Orders

Automated order confirmations at the time of purchase does not imply Intellivision has accepted the order nor does it imply a confirmation of Intellivision’s intent to sell. Intellivision has the right to accept or reject orders for any reason, even when an order confirmation and/or receipt has been sent out to you. If we need additional information from you before we accept your order, we will email you at the email provided in your order.

Site Policy and Modification

Intellivision reserves the right to make changes to their online sites, terms and conditions, and privacy policy at any given time. To better understand these possible changes, please read through said documents every time you interface with our sites. If you disagree or become dissatisfied with our sites, terms and conditions, and/or privacy policies, you agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue using any Intellivision service including our sites.

*Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles Disclaimer*

By purchasing any “Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles,” you agree and understand what you are purchasing a collector’s item as described below:

  • 4 or 8 game titles (depending on which bundle you choose) in the unique Collector’s Boxed Edition package

  • Each Collector’s Boxed Edition will have:

  • Collector’s packaging related to the game title

  • One collector’s edition embossed metal coin related to the game title

  • One collector’s edition lenticular trading card related to the game title

  • One RFID digital media card to download the game license when the game becomes available on the Intellivision Amico Game Shop. (Dates TBA)

  • A physical good and not a software license to the game title until the game becomes available to be downloaded on the Intellivision Amico Game Shop.

You understand that there are NO set dates of when these game titles will be available and that in order to use your RFID digital media card to download each game, you must have an Intellivision Amico and a secure connection to the internet.
